I guarantee (almost) that you’ll never meet someone else who has figured out how to do this in MP2!
I’ve figured out how to create KPI dashboards!
Here’s an example of what I did for one client. As you can see, I put all their monthly WO metrics in a single form, showing the values for the past 12 consecutive months. I can create separate dashboards for maintenance, PMs, purchasing, inventory… as many as you’d like, and with whatever data points you need. And best of all, they're all easily available from the MP2 main menu - no outside excel databases or linked spreadsheets.
Another neat thing that I’ve just discovered is how to add custom, calculated fields to the list view of applications. A few examples include.
For PM Tasks: ‘Compliance Status’ (whether it’s being done on schedule) or ‘Recent Work Order No.’
For Equipment: ‘WO Count’ or ‘Total Cost’ (total or YTD, with our without children, etc.)
For Inventory: ‘Last Date Purchased’ or ‘Last Date Issued’, 'Monthly
For Purchase Orders: ‘Invoice Status’
