I've managed software implementation projects ranging from small facilities of only 3 or 4 employees to complex, multi-site implementations in Asia and Mexico, involving multiple phases and sub-projects, complex business processes, and advanced accounting requirements. I know that each project requires a unique approach.
Assessments and Utilization Improvement Plans
I love finding those nuggets of information that help technicians to do their jobs more efficiently and management to get the asset visibility and control they need. Beyond simple gap analysis, I'll dive into your database to identify strengths and weaknesses, assessing everything from data content and structure to procedural compliance metrics. Then I'll put it in context by interviewing users and prepare a formal report, wrapping up with my recommendations ranked by cost and impact. And finally, I'll work with you to develop a Utilization Improvement Plan that matches your priorities, budget, and timeline.
Routine Support
You need someone on a first-name basis and a with direct phone number (no irritating ticket systems) to call when you need a problem investigated, a report enhanced, or a few minutes of review training. User Training (on-site or remote)
End-user training shouldn't be simply a brain dump of the trainer. It's important to tailor training to your needs and the needs of your people. I've been preforming classroom-style and remote training for 12 years, and I know how to relate topics to users, present concepts in a fluid and organized manner, break down complex ideas into easy-to-understand bites, and adapt to any experience level.

Data Surgery
Have you ever thought about renumbering and restructuring your asset list, but worried about the cost or about losing all your historical data? I can do it for much less than you'd expect and retain all connections to all other data. Inventory re-costing, data import and cleanup, fixing poorly-executed migrations... this type of "data surgery" is my specific specialty.

It can be hard to present complex, multi-dimensional business processes on a map that can be easily understood and discussed, but it's a skill I've honed through years of advising, designing, documenting, and presenting business processes.

I know what questions to ask at the beginning to determine the simplest way to meet your business requirements, exponentially reducing design-build and maintenance costs. I've also created a flexible integration platform that works with the built-in CMMS Integration Framework to provide safe, efficient, fully-validated, and logged integration transactions in real-time.
